Tunisian Crochet Mug Rug Class

Tunisian crochet, also called the afghan stitch, is done using a crochet hook with a handle for holding multiple stitches. These mug rugs are a simple introduction to Tunisian crochet. In this class you will learn the Tunisian Simple Stitch and the Tunisian Knit Stitch while making a fun mug rug. Use one color or add strips. Any DK or worsted weight yarn is appropriate.

Materials Needed:

• ~20 g worsted or DK weight yarn
• Size 5mm (DK) or 6mm (worsted) Tunisian hook
